My boyfriend and I are taking a trip to Europe this summer with every intent to visit the south of France (we only have our return flight booked so far...). I've never been, so instantly, my mind wanders back to images of a retro French Riviera--I get giddy with excitement when I think of the icons who would frequent the Côte d'Azur. (Note: I try not to think about P Diddy and his white party.)

Make sure you don't just stay in the touristic places/towns. There is so much beauty off the beaten tracks !
