I was planning on wearing a black dress, but once I got to perusing, I decided that anything but black would be infinitely better. I ultimately chose the Anthropologie Susannah dress, because of it's pretty neutral color (and also because of the price tag). I also ended up getting the J Crew Candace sandals, which were surprisingly comfortable and perfect for dancing. Here's a peek of my night, from start to finish.

I think the last wedding I went to was at age four so I dunno. I think so? Great dress, though.
